The facilities were clean and confortable

The bed pillows weren't the most comfortable They did not have restaurant, room service ended early and when there is rain it is hard to get a taxi

Location: the hotel was not far from good restaurants, supermarket and important point to visit in Monterrey as well as downtown and other areas of interest. I had coffee at Avo Toast, located within 10 minutes walk.

Had a really great stay on a tightly-paced business trip, will be back. The breakfast was rich with nice personnel.

The lack of reliable electricity and water was a frustrating start to my stay!!! Communication about refunds after the incident could be vastly improved. Don't expect any swift responses regarding your concerns!!!

The electrical outage on my first day was a massive letdown, coupled with a lack of running water that forced a last-minute scramble for alternative lodging. This turned a promising stay into a hassle, especially when trying to get a response about a refund afterwards.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The gym had some decent equipment, and I loved relaxing by the pool after a long day. The only downside was a slow check-in process, but it wasn’t a huge deal. 😊

I enjoyed my honeymoon stay much more than previous trips to monterrey. The room was spacious and clean, which allowed us to relax comfortably. Breakfast was a delight with fresh waffles and a variety of options.

The free breakfast was not particularly excellent. I had expected something more substantial for the mornings. There was also no direct access to notable attractions from the hotel.
